SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE INTEGRATION
Software and hardware system integration refers to the practice of combining individually tested software and hardware components into an integrated whole. Our team can either perform the integration or serve in a project management capacity to define scope, oversee prototyping, programming, manufaturing, testing and quality assurance, and launch.
Every project and business requires multiple IT services and varied hardware and software. IT procurement involves the administrative and strategic responsibilities to purchase and install these systems, such as the creation and management of request for quotations (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFI) and managing supplier relationships. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting market research, negotiating pricing, establishing terms and conditions for services, resolving invoice discrepancies and communicating the status of purchases with internal customers.
HELP DESK SUPPORT
Terra Bridge offers our customers Tier I, Tier 2, and Tier 3 24/7 help desk support. Our Tier 1 support monitors and reports network issues to our customers near real-time as events are happening.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels of service manage more technical issues, including backup of configurations, overnight replacement/spare hardware, as well as making recommendations for network changes or improvements.
Equipment financing can be a fast and simple way to fund up to 100% of the value of the IT equipment you wish to procure. Depending on the project and business Terra Bridge can either offer clients financing or asset monetization options through advertising.
PRESIDENT & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Mr. Hill brings more than 25 years of experience in various areas within the Telecommunications and System Integration arenas. Mr. Hill focuses on new business and the firms consulting and design services. He has driven the company's growth by expanding Terra Bridge's offerings to include project design, IT procurement, network design and configuration, software and hardware development, and installation.
Startups and early stage companies have been the mainstay of Mr. Hill's career and business interest. Prior to Terra Bridge, Mr. Hill founded Stamford Communications, a security integration firm specializing in IP-based access control and video systems, primarily servicing the healthcare market. Mr. Hill was co-founder and served as COO of StockTIPS, a financial information provider and early-stage “App” developer for the smart phone market. He also held a Vice President of Operations role with Hospital Television Network, was a Director for Wireless Cable Management and a Financial Analyst for ACQ Properties.
Mr. Hill is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys competitive amateur golf.
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Mr. Womack is Principal and Chief Development Officer, responsible for the continual improvement of Terra Bridge’s internal operations and the growth of its external exposure.
Mr. Womack has actively managed over $1.5 billion in the construction and/or development of commercial real estate assets. His experience includes hospitality design, purchasing, and large-scale construction management. Mr. Womack brings a unique skillset to the Terra Bridge team, tailoring company operations to their highest and best use in terms of each project’s overall construction methodology and interdisciplinary design intent. Mr. Womack’s project resume includes over two dozen multi-million-dollar hotel projects across each of the five major hospitality brands.
Prior to joining Terra Bridge, Mr. Womack oversaw development operations at Noble Investment Group, and held project management positions with Holder Construction Company, Suitt Construction (now BE&K), and The Winter Group of Companies.
Mr. Womack is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. He is an affiliate of the US Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, Associated Builders and Contractors, and US DoE Energy Star Program.
JEFFREY R. DEITRICH
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Deitrich helps develop and direct the company processes, product and service offerings, and strategic growth. Based out of New York City, Mr. Deitrich also oversees all projects and business development in the Northeastern United States.
Prior to Terra Bridge, Mr. Deitrich was Vice President of Silverstein Properties, the real estate investment and development firm developing the World Trade Center. He managed teams to identify, finance, design, construct and market mixed-use development projects and start new businesses in the United States, Middle East, and China. His experience spanned all property types and projects included the development and financing of towers 2, 3 and 4 at the World Trade Center and the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New York Downtown, development of an executive suites business and creation of a technology partnership program. Prior to Silverstein Properties, Mr. Deitrich worked as an asset manager for a $2 billion value-add real estate fund that was focused on the United States for Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Mr. Deitrich is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master's in Business Administration and the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor's of Art. He also holds a certificate in project management from New York University.
VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS
As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Campbell brings over 28 years of experience in network infrastructure, IP security design, sales engineering and national project management. He plays a key role in all National Field Operations, setting a high standard of excellence and growing Terra Bridge’s internal processes, for all Field Project Managers and team members.
From 1998 to 2014, Mr. Campbell successfully built and managed multiple companies that complemented one another on a regional and national level. Lanco Systems, LLC. designed and implemented Cat5 and Fiber distribution for campus buildings for the DOE and DOD. Eight years later, Greg started a turn key company, All-Tec Group, which he merged together with Lanco Systems, Hightec Lighting, and Network Camera Services, to create one entity, a turn key service for Data Infrastructure, IP Camera Systems, and LED lighting.
Mr. Campbell is BICSI ITS certified, received his Electrical Journeyman’s license from DCCC, earned his Security License from the State of Texas, and currently holds a certificate for Business Law in Construction and Low Voltage Design.
Greg enjoys volunteer work for Junior Achievement of Texas and deep sea fishing.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Shadder is responsible for the firm’s financial planning, contract administration, day-to-day financial transactions, insurance, tax, and human resource functions. She has been involved in structuring and leading Terra Bridge activities across dozens of states and numerous countries in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Ms. Shadder has spearheaded efforts to digitize the company's project management and accounting software and transition it to a web-based platform. Through her HR responsibilities she has created company practices to support the Terra Bridge national account program.
Throughout Ms. Shadder’s career she has held operational, managerial, and financial roles in manufacturing and hospitality industries that she now draws upon in her portfolio of responsibilities.
In her free time, Ms. Shadder enjoys the outdoors, her pets, and an amazing variety of do-it-yourself projects around her home.
