Inevitably we would see endless change orders to the customer to patch or fix poor
installations. The results would be substandard equipment layouts, lack of power
distribution, reduced scalability, and improper grounding techniques that lead to
overall violations of set codes and standards. Often customers will end up with technologies
that do not integrate with existing systems or other installed technologies. National
organizations face a larger, more expensive task with finding a support network of
reliable vendors as they expand their businesses from one region to another. The net
of these practices is loss of time, money, and credibility.
With over 25 years combined in the telecommunications industry, we felt that we had
the experience to start a company that would finally do it right. With these known
factors, we set out to find the best of the best in each of the following areas to
support a viable and complete communication solution: engineering, structured cabling,
wireless, security, voice/VoIP, and I.T. infrastructure.
We believe that if we got in early enough and involved ourselves with all aspects
of the design phase, we would have a better understanding of our role in helping the
customer succeed in their goals. We had to start with a phased approach involving
ourselves in all stages from design to execution to maintenance. Our intention is
to free up resources normally tasked by the customer and allow them to focus on their
day to day business.
By using our staffed experts, we are able to consolidate technologies providing a
single point of contact that is directly accountable to the project. We provide tailored
methodologies for our customers to support their objective. We created a national
program for customers who wish to extend their services and grow into multiple locations.
We strive to understand what the customers' needs are and give them scalable design
solutions that can support additional users and newer technologies.
Through planning, engineering, expertise, focus, and professional project management,
we will make every effort to be the customer's partner.
